            12 招應對客戶不回郵件

            作為一名外貿小白,客戶不回郵件,各種焦慮。由于客戶太多,一個個跟進耗時耗力。這時候,你需要一份郵件跟進表,大大提升工作效率,讓客戶跟著你的節奏走!

              剛給客戶報價后一定要勤跟進。在第一個月建議能夠跟進十次以上,后續就可以根據客戶回復情況逐漸放緩步伐了。報價后第一件事情就是詢問客戶對該價格的想法、建議,并且要多問幾次。大部分客戶通常會在這種情況下回復郵件。小編給大家介紹一套十二步郵件模板,跟進客戶一氣呵成。

             

             

            1. 詢問客戶對報價的看法

            Dear xxx,

            Hope everything goes well with you!

            Have you kindly checked my offer? Hope it’s workable for your market! It is regretted that I haven't received any information from you. May I have your idea about our offer? We will try to satisfy you upon receipt of your reply.
